Upcoming Events

  • May 28th is race day!  Things go downhill quickly at FEBC beginning at 2:30.  All awana and trek kids will be eligible to participate in building and racing a car, and everyone is welcome to come cheer them on!  We will also be handing out the awards for the students who completed their memorization books, so let’s support them by celebrating their hard work.

If your child does not yet have a car, please drop in to the next Awana meeting on May 3rd from 8 – 8:30pm and contact someone that looks like they know what’s going on (Heather Fehr is likely your best bet).
  • The weather is warming up, and we’re all reaching towards the fishing/beaching/camping etc that summertime brings! Also, NO SCHOOL!!
The only thing standing between you and your sunscreen are exams.

With that in mind, we’re planning our WIND UP for June 4.

Parents, please arrange rides for the youth prior to June 4. If you’re having trouble arranging transportation, please reach out to a youth leader.

    Things to bring:
    lawn chair/blanket
    running shoes
shorts & tshirt for water games

    Who: FEBC youth
    What: Wind-up
When: Sunday, June 4, 3-9:30 pm (supper & snacks included)
    Where: Stanley Park

Romans 5:1-8 (KJV)

1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
